 Задолженность государства перед населением страны, которая теоретически может быть понята как сумма дефицитов госбюджета за прошедшие годы существования этого государства (если отвлечься от частичного покрытия дефицитов путем денежной эмиссии). Упрощенно, структура В.г.д. Российской Федерации такова: 1. Основная номинальная сумма долга по государственным ценным бумагам РФ. 2. Объем основного долга по кредитам, полученным Российской Федерацией. 3. Объем основного долга по бюджетным кредитам, полученным Российской. 4. Федерацией от бюджетов других уровней. 5. Обязательства по государственным гарантиям, предоставленным Российской Федерацией. 6. Подлежащие выплате проценты по всем приведенным выше позициям. К внутреннему государственному долгу следует также отнести долговые обязательства регионов и муниципалитетов. См.
